The esthetician herself wasn’t the issue; the real problem is the false promises they make about their laser treatments. From the very beginning, they assured me that after 8 sessions all my hair would be permanently removed. I went every month, and even though the procedure was extremely painful, I trusted that they were increasing the laser intensity properly. After the fourth session, I started developing acne and breakouts on my legs — something that had NEVER happened to me before. When I mentioned it, they simply told me my skin was dry. We continued anyway because the esthetician gave me a cream that, honestly, did absolutely nothing. After the sixth session, I had to wait more than 4 weeks due to lack of time, and during that period all the hair grew back, as if I had never started the treatment. Now I’m left with hair, marks from the breakouts, and the frustration of having wasted money on six sessions that did not work at all—despite their guarantee that after 8 sessions I wouldn’t have any hair left. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it, and the results they promise are not real.

After my final session in Jan 2023, I was left with burns and permanent dark patches on my face. No proper warnings, no accountability, and now I live every day with the emotional and physical scars they caused. I trusted them, followed every instruction, and tried everything to fix it—nothing worked. A dermatologist told me the damage is permanent. My confidence is shattered. I don’t recognize my own face anymore. Please, especially if you have melanin-rich skin, stay away. This place changed my life in the worst way.
